A learning organization
AKEdemy is the training and development academy through which AKE systematically transfers its knowledge in-house. Our aim is for every employee to perform their work to the highest standard, advance in their career and adapt quickly to changes in the sector.
Elevator and escalator technologies are constantly evolving and safety standards are continually updated. AKEdemy offers practical, measurable and continuous training programs for everyone — from our technical teams to our sales and management staff. Our training is designed to be both classroom-based and field-based.
Through mentoring relationships and individual development plans, we pass the experience of our seasoned employees on to the next generation. AKEdemy is the name of a culture that turns individual success into corporate success and learning into continuous improvement.
