Careers

Students & Graduates

A strong start to your career. With our internship programs and new-graduate opportunities, learn and grow at the heart of manufacturing.

Overview

Making room for the engineers of tomorrow

AKE sees investing in young talent as part of its corporate responsibility. The programs we design for students and new graduates aim to bring theoretical knowledge together with real production and engineering problems. Here, you apply what you learn in the field, not on paper.

During your internship, you take part in active projects in fields such as mechanical, electrical-electronics, mechatronics and industrial engineering. You get to know the production line, quality processes and the installation site up close, and learn from experienced teams. A mentor assigned to each student supports both technical development and career planning.

For new graduates, we offer entry-level positions in engineering, production, quality and sales. On this journey, supported by AKEdemy’s training programs, you take responsibility from day one and build your career at a company that manufactures for more than 40 countries.
