Matching the right role with the right person
At AKE, we have designed the recruitment process to both bring the right talent to our team and offer candidates a positive and transparent experience. At every stage, we prioritize open communication and keep you informed of where you stand in the process.
Our process consists of the following steps. Depending on the requirements of the role, some stages may be adapted; however, our core principles always remain the same: prioritizing fairness, respect and mutual fit. Our aim is to make the right decision together, both for you and for AKE.

How the process works
Application
Apply to our open positions with your CV. We recommend highlighting the experience and skills that best represent you.
Screening
Our human resources team evaluates your application against the requirements of the role and makes initial contact with you.
Interview
A face-to-face or online meeting with human resources and the relevant department managers — getting to know each other and clarifying expectations.
Technical Assessment
Measuring your competencies through technical knowledge, a case study or a practical assessment, depending on the role.
Offer
A transparent job offer covering the role, responsibilities and benefits is presented to the selected candidate.
Onboarding
