Vocational Training Project

We are raising the future of the sector together. In partnership with vocational schools, we offer hands-on, safety-focused training to tomorrow’s elevator technicians.

Overview

Investing in the technicians of tomorrow

The elevator sector is a field that needs qualified and certified technicians, where safety comes before everything else. The AKE Vocational Training Project is a social responsibility initiative we have launched to meet this need and to secure the future of the sector.

Through the partnerships we have established with vocational and technical high schools and vocational colleges, we offer students not only theoretical knowledge but also the opportunity to practice with real equipment. AKE’s experienced technicians and engineers share their field-based knowledge with the technicians of tomorrow in workshop and classroom training. From day one, we instill a culture of safety and standard-compliant working habits.

We provide priority for internships and post-graduation employment for successful students in the program. In this way, we both bring a skilled workforce to the sector and offer lasting career opportunities to young people in our region. Every investment we make in vocational training is an investment in the future of society.
